Pricing Structure for Accountancy and Admin service bundle:

Small: 2 bank accounts up to 100 bank transactions per month. Up to 20 Creditor invoices per month.

Medium: 3 bank accounts up 250 bank transactions a month. Up to 40 Creditor invoices per month.

Large: Unlimited bank accounts up to 400 transactions a month. Up to 60 Creditor invoices per month.

Additional companies:

Trusts: up to 60 transactions a month - add $99 + GST

Holding Companies: up to 60 transactions a month - add $99 + GST

Fully operational Service/Goods businesses: priced according to pricing structure (small, medium, large)

Payroll Service Pricing:

For weekly pay cycle up to 5 employees:

Monthly administration fee.........$149 per month
Per employee per pay..................$7
For each additional block of 5 employees add $49 to monthly administration fee.

For fortnightly and monthly pay cycles the base administration rate is $99 per month up to 5 employees and then normal additional charges apply as above.

Fair Business Policy

I-ccountant operates a fair business policy and reserve the right to review pricing structure on a case by case basis even if the company falls into one of the size brackets. If due to complex accounting or workflow requirements the level of administration and accountancy involved cannot be sustained within the standard price bracket a monthly fee will need to be established based on all factors considered and agreed with the client.
